ABOUT
Born and raised in Virginia, Katherine grew up in a family of strong resourceful southern women. At an early age, fascinated with making things, she learned how to make "something" out of "nothing". Her preoccupation with materiality and experimentation continues to dominate her thinking.
With a degree in Marketing and studies in Fine Art, Katherine practices a multi-disciplinary approach drawing on her knowledge of art, photography, branding & interior decoration to avoid the formulaic. Her work spans the areas of photography, interior design and visual communication. She designs, directs and executes interiors and environments from concept through creation for photographers, architects, interior designers, advertising agencies, corporate and residential clients.
The goal always to create something that is functional, reflective, and delightfully unexpected. The results achieved with southern grit and a bit of grace.
